At Brunoise, Michel Ross brings his experiences of working in renowned
restaurants in Montreal and London, where he worked alongside Marcus
Wareing at Gordon Ramsay’s Michelin starred “L’Oranger”.
Ross’s extensive travels bring verve and originality to Brunoise’s
palate-pleasing dishes. An Institut de Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie
du Québec graduate, Ross is in the perfect position to juxtapose
his long-time passions
for food and wine.
As dining room manager, Zach Suhl uniquely merges his experiences
working in both sides of the restaurant business. In his previous
positions as Executive Chef of Mediterraneo and Sofia Grill , Suhl
oversaw all aspects of food creation for these upscale downtown
restaurants. Suhl’s culinary and food service background allow
him to serve customers in a new way, bringing his extensive knowledge
of the industry
to each customer.
Brunoise is a joint venture between Chefs Michel Ross and Zach Suhl
offering fresh market based cuisine at affordable prices and in
a comfortable setting.
